Avalon at Traville

Love it! From: jgyrn Date posted: 3/5/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I have lived in some horrible apartment places before, and I decided to move into Avalon at Traville. This place is incredible. Since we first signed the lease, the leasing staff that we worked with is always courteous, greets us whenever he sees us, knows our names. The community also hosts a lot of social gatherings. There is a big diverse group of residents in the neighborhood. Also, I love how my lab retriever can live here. There are many places in the neighborhood that have doggie bag dispensers. The landscaping is always very nicely done. The only issue I see is parking, especially for visitors. There are not a lot of visitor parking, and our apartment building doesn't have too many spots for the residents. However, I only have major issues during weekday late nights when I come home from work. Every other time there are more than enough spots. Our apartment is a little pricey, but you really do get what you pay for. I feel extremely safe in this neighborhood. P.S- love the gym and pool areas.
