This place completely sucks!!! Everything is falling apart! Every last door knob then broke off... my toliet is broken for the 2nd time... Birds move on the balcony and poop EVERYWHERE!!! One time we were even trapped in the house because the front doorknob broke the heck off. So when stuff breaks you have to call the maintenance men and 1. no one speaks english and 2. they get pissed if you bother them on a Wed (day off) or Sun (a chill day). Our refrigerator broke 5 times since we been here and we only been here a year. You cant store things in the garages only cars! Now if I pay an extra 100 a month for a garage I think I should be able to store whatever crap I wanna! Um what else... Oh the walls are paper thin... I hear everyones convo... I KNOW EVERYONES BUSINESS!! THAT SUCKS! I hear every footstep above my head... Every toilet flush... Every argument amongst other things... UGH! I have kids... that aint cool! Ticks, Bees and Ladybugs come in from nowhere! So unsafe man!!! The worst part is when we moved in here the rent was 1751 for a little two bedroom and now people are paying 1200 for a 2 bedroom townhouse! So unfair man! IT NEVER STAYS WARM AT NIGHT HERE!!! THE WIND ALWAYS COMES THROUGH THE CLOSED WINDOW AT NIGHT IN THE WINTER!! SO UNCOOL BECAUSE OF MY INFANT BABY! Also the staff here are rude and so unfriendly! Please people... Don't waste you time, effort, and hard earned cash on this complex!!!! One more thing... DOG POOP IS EVERYWHERE!!! People never clean it up so most of the time you have to step over poop on the sidewalks... I mean in the grass is one thing... BUT THE SIDEWALK!! AND IT WILL SIT THERE FOR WEEKS UNTIL IT EITHER CRUMBLES OR SOMEONE (NOT STAFF) WILL KICK IT TO THE SIDE!!!!

I have lived here for almost 2 years. I am about to move to TX and was going to give the complex a good review, but saw yours. I have been very happy living here. Just some advise, not that you need it, if your not happy with your place.....MOVE OUT. There are plenty of other places to live. Maybe buy a house....

Well I tell you what get me an apartment in your name somewhere better and I will... MOVE OUT! I'm sure you live on the side where all ---- is perfect you know the one with more of you rich white folks and asians! And for your info everyone I talk to feels the same way that lives on this side!

You must have been one of those pain in the !@$ residents who is never happy with anything. I have lived here for 5 years and everyone has been so friendly and helpful, i would reccomend this place to anyone. Dont tell people that you can get a 2 bedroom townhouse for $1200 because I live in one and I check the rates every year and they have never been under $1800 so get your facts straight. In case you were wondering where the bugs were coming from then maybe you have looked outside to see that the property is surrounded by woods! They also have a free service from terminix to take care of any bug problems in your aparment. I feel sorry for the next complex that you live in.
