I have lived here for 3 years and it has been the best apartment community I have ever lived in. The leasing staff is extremely helpful and the maintenance crew is always on point. As for parking, it is a large community so i can understand difficulties in enforcing parking rules so there could be some issues. But I use to know somebody that worked for the towing company that this community uses and he told me that Avalon gets no money for towing vehicles so I have no idea why anybody would say that they do. I would highly reccomend this community to anybody who enjoys a stress free lifestyle.
