Roaches. I live on the bottom floor and everything is kept clean and I still am getting roaches.

When I moved in I had to give an inspection of the place and found that the carpet had a bunch of stains on it and the cabinets were peeling on the outside. the dishwasher was fixed but still doesnt wash dishes. they did nothing to fix anything.

The NEW assistant manager is a minature ------ (she looks to be about 12) and bosses people around constantly about every little thing in her OFF time. Just ignore her and youll be fine.

Water noises are heard 24/7 through out the apartment. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

oh yeah, my girlfriends car was broken into, because the back lots are poorly lit. just fyi.
