My Husband and I look all over before choosing this community. I used to be in this business so I am very particular. The parking is free unless you choose to pay for a few reserved spots on the community.
Your choice. The only problem that I have had with parking is when we came home after midnight and had to walk a terrible 50 yards. Wow! I won't kill you. The apartments are very nice, the community has great amenities and the gounds are kept clean. Residents are also upscale. As far as rent increases - we just moved in 3 weeks ago and what they offered was consistent with all other communities in this area. However I do believe that rent increases should be fair - 3% to 10% is usually the standard. People don't need to be driven out of their homes. Otherwise, we have no problems with this community - great local - great amenities.

The grounds are a shambles; I don???t know where you live. As I look out my window right now the center grounds are surrounded by ugly orange fence. The reason for this fence is the grass has been destroyed by abuse from the children, dogs, and more importantly the lack of care by the management. The management has done nothing as the ground have been abused and neglected. They should just replace the sod and start anew, but they will end up doing the job cheaply. As a long term resident, I remember when the grounds were nice and well kept. Neglect of the grounds is a good indication of the care the management puts into the apartments. Any repair work that is done is done cheaply. You've only been there 3 weeks. Give it a couple of months you'll be singing a different tune. |

I do agree that sod would have been a better approach and they could spend more on the flowers, etc. Hopefully Camden will have a new outlook on the upkeep.

The grounds are definitely not in shambles.
