Summit Fallsgrove is an ok place to live. I've never had problems with maintenance responing to a problem even in the middle of the night...and I've called them in the middle of the night frequently because the pilot light is constantly burning out leaving us with no heat or hot water. Noise is definitely an issue. You can clearly hear people walking up the outside stairs while you are in your bedroom. It often wakes me up. I can hear the couple above me fighting and my neighbor's alarm clock. There are also a ton of very noisy, screaming children who run about at all hours of the day and night. The apartment itself is very nice and I would still be living there had they not increased my rent by $500/month. It's in a very convenient location but not really worth the hassle or the price.
