If I had to choose another apartment complex again, I would. I put a deposit down on an apartment a few months in advance. While I was on a business trip for six weeks in another state, I received a call telling me that the apartment I signed a contract for and paid for was unavailable because the residents changed their mind about moving out. The next available apartment was two weeks later, WITHOUT a fireplace, and they were charging me the same price, even though an identical apt two months before was $30 less when it didn't have a fireplace. They told me I was lucky to get the apartment at that price because the rent had gone up in the meantime. Then, on the day I was set to move in, the managers open the office at 1 in the afternoon (convenient, huh') and I had to pay for an extra day of rent to get the key before they closed the night before.
Additionally, I heard one of the managers being very rude to a resident who had a package waiting for her at the office. The staff is also not on time during their business hours for the office -I called after they were supposed to arrive and the answering service said they weren't in the office yet.
I would have found another apartment, had I not been out of state when they changed apartments and dates on me. Do yourself a favor and find a different apartment complex with more accommodating, more fair managers.
