Nice place to live, but cheaply built

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
My husband and I have lived here since April 2005, and are moving out this June. We lived in a two-bedroom with fireplace the first year, and are now in a one-bedroom. We like the community- it's quiet, generally clean, nice facilities- gym, club house. It's a bit poorly built and laid out, but most recent building is. We've had a few issues with maintenance- our drains seem to clog a lot, and we can't really control our air conditioning (always really cold). Management seems unhappy but for one nice gentleman.
All in all, it's a convenient location and a nice place to spend a couple of years.
