The apartments are nice- overpriced but nice. The noise, however, is HORRIBLE. You can hear every word your neighbors say and you can hear every step the people above you take. Beware of coyotes when walking around the neighborhood! Amenities are not well taken care of (printer doesn't work, no paper, gym needs some updating) Overall average community.
Maintenance is great!!! They take care of things surprisingly quickly! Community does not help shovel sidewalks when it shows.
