We lived in Camden Fallsgrove for three years, from the day it was built in 2004. If you ask for my opinion about this apartment community, I have to say, it depends... If you happen to like aggressive rent increase after the initial lease expires, or if you like to see a big move-out charges, or if you like detective work such as figuring out which one of your neighbors is still up at night, look no further - this apartment community is in your dreams! I will elaborate the reasons why you have to live here, the first two reasons are related to the management company Camden, and the last one is about Camden's this particular property in Fallsgrove.
1. Aggressive Rent Increase. If you like big rent increase, you are in luck! In summer 2006, shortly after Camden took over this property, our rent was increased by more than $250 per month. (I've heard larger increases, you never know, maybe you'll get luckier.) I remember reading an article in Wall Street Journal in 2006 in which Camden's CEO said, if you have 95% occupancy, that means you are not raising rent aggressively enough - I don't know if this was supposed to sounds appealing to investors, but as a renter who loves rent increase, what else are you looking for'
2. Move-out Charges. If your life is kind of boring, and you are dying for a surprise, such as a big move-out charge, definitely consider Camden! You won't believe what they'll charge you for - carpet repairs, bent blinds, nail holes, etc. They will take your deposit, ask for more, and threaten to go to the collection agency if you don't pay up. Since you don't care about your credit anyway, what else are you waiting for'
3. Sound. Finally, if you are depressed, and you are desperate for some company, look no further! You can hear your upstairs, downstairs and two next door neighbors on a daily basis. If you want to pursue a career in private detective, this apartment will offer free trainings! On a weekly basis, you will get up in the middle of the night, trying to figure out which one of your four neighbors is still up, and knock on their doors (or walls). (Please don't chicken out and call the Rockville non-emergency police number. It pays to know your neighbors... before they move out, that is.)
Come on, if this sounds exactly what you are looking for, just sign on the dotted line, what are you waiting for'
For my family, we have never been happier since we moved out.

I have also lived here since it opened and have had no problems. Our rent has raised very minimally and some years was not even increased. I would highly reccommend Camden Fallsgrove.
