We've been at Camden since last year and so far its been a pretty good experience. Our apartment is spacious and has had minimal maintenance issues, all of which have been resolved in a timely manner. The only complaint about the apartment itself is the walls are really thin so its quite common to hear the neighbors. We can hear tv, music, even people talking above and below us. The staff in the office are really helpful, there's never been an issue finding parking, the grounds are well kept, the pool and gym are great, and the neighbors are friendly. The valet trash pickup at your door is a nice feature, but the dumpster/recycling areas outside are often overflowing and messy. Probably just a few lazy people who don't care that others share that space. The location is fantastic...close to I-270 and a couple miles drive to the Metro and shopping right around the corner.
