My husband and I have lived in the Camden Fallsgrove Complex for approximately 7 months so far. I think that it's a wonderful place to live! I have read the other comments about noise, and that has not been our experience. I guess it depends on which building you live in. We live in a 3 bedroom and the apartment is spacious and beautiful and quiet. Once in a while I hear a fat person walking around upstairs, but hey it's an apartment complex. If people want absolute quiet, the only way you'll get that is by buying your own house.

The buildings that face out towards the street are fairly quiet, and I would definitely recommend these. I see younger people coming out of the buildings that are closer to the Clubhouse/Leasing Office, and of course younger tenants are noisier, so maybe those are the buildings that people are complaining about in these posts. But the same could be said for most 20-something year old tenants in any complex.

Overall, Camden Fallsgrove has provided a lovely experience for my husband and I, and we have no complaints. I can't believe the rating is only 46%. It should probably be double, - 92%. Of course, the people that tend to rate anything are the ones who are unhappy. I'm glad I didn't read these ratings before I came because it would have turned me off and I would have missed the great living experience that I'm having right now. (Oh also, the commute is great; just 10 minutes to the Shady Grove train station). Hope this helps!
