I have lived here for a few years and the bug problem has really gotten bad in the past year or so. I keep a bottle of raid handy at all times. Silverfish, roaches, etc. You name it, we have seen it.

We are planning on moving this year in part due to the bug problems.

Additionally, if you try to find a parking spot after 9pm, it can be really difficult. A few times I have come home around 1 am and have been unable to park anywhere in the entire lot. Parking is free and not restricted right now. I think in the future they are going to have to limit how many cars people can park. There seem to be several families with 3 cars.

I also agree with the poster who commented on the noise. Kids run around the apartment unsupervised and they are loud and obnoxious. We have also heard the piano player on weekends. Sounds seem to come from all sides.
