Question about bug/roach problem

I've lived at the apartment before (7th floor), and I never seemed to have any bug problems. At the current time, I'm debating about moving back. To the people with bug/roach problems, what floors did you live on' Is it consistently a problem with the lower floors'

I've seen them, and I live on the 6th floor. I've heard the problem is very severe in lower levels.

1st Floor and it was pretty bad until they sent someone out and WE bought roach traps. Now their gone, for now.
