Although the building is older and not inviting, my apartment inside had been newly renovated when I moved in, with new appliances, neutral carpet, and white paint. The rental, which includes all utilities, except phone and cable, is an excellent value. It's great to be able to walk to any number of local stores and restaurants. Location is best thing about this place. Metro is 10-12 minutes away. The rental office has been responsive about fixing minor problems. My 2 bedroom apartment costs 1447 all inclusive, though I gather rents for newcomers are higher. Neighbors not fantastically friendly. If you want a luxury style entrance etc, this isnt the place for you, but if you want a very good value, give it a look.
