Please bear in mind that you can not get your deposit back for sure. We actually hired people to clean the apartment before we leave since my husband 's company offered enought money for moving . and at that time we dont have kids yet , both my husband and me are very neat person and we did not call the office for any repairs .....

But, I have to say it is a good place to live though since it is close to wholefood market and in walking distance to Metro
