The air is polluted in that apartment complex. Everything I hanged in the bathroom got bleached even though I don't use bleach both new and used items became white over a period of time, They don't know what causes the bleaching. As for their extortion tactics, I paid over 18,000 dollars to lease the place for a year yet after my lease expired they want me to pay for carpet cleaning and bath glazing although the bath is still under warranty. They also are trying to get additional 2 months rent from me for giving a verbal notice and for a late written notice that I will not extend my lease.

I will not refer anybody to them. I hope this apartment ratings is viewed before renting.
