the building is very old, although they have done some renovation. Sometimes, the water becomes yellowish and little bugs found in the kitchen area. The leasing office is ok, but they chanrged me a lot of money for some spots on the old carpet that had existed before I moved in. I tried to argue that the little spots were already there, as I stated on the moving check-out sheet, but they still charged me over $1,000 for replacing the carpet for the whole apartment. This is a terrible experience!!
