Great deal. New renovated apartment, big floor plan. Not too expensive. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED. Which is great. I can keep it hot or cold, leave every light on and not pay a penny. Small elevators but two in each builing. Great management staff. Great location, old building, but made well, very quiet. Lots of green space, I like it alot. Plenty of parking, sometimes I have to park ten or twelve spots away but not bad at all. INCREDIBLE POOLS AND FITNESS CENTER. ALL BRAND NEW, beautiful. Like a country club. Ive only lived here for 3 months but so far i am very happy. Lots of residents who have been here for 10 years. Lots of NIH employees, and such. Im happy so far.
