The apartments are very old. Water quality is terrible. You will destroy your health.
Someone living in congressional towers may recommend you, because they want to get a discount using your moving in.

Do not get in.

If the water is so bad, even though it comes from the Rockville City Water Plant, WHY have you stayed for 4 years?
