Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
 
The staff told something then the manager told me she made the desicion, do not care about her staff saying.
They enter you apaartment to check without notice in advance.
The utility not working often and take long time to fix. My sink in ketchen blocked and they told me that the bathroom still working. So they fixed the problem 4 days later.
