The square is beautiful, it will remind you of europe with the cafe seating. I really wanted to love this place, I even put up with a bunch of nonsense from the management team when I first moved in as I was one of the first residents and decided to give them a break.

1. Noise -- They never mentioned having concerts/movies/general noise in the square 3 nights a week during the summer. If you face the square, you will hear it and it will prevent you from enjoying your apartment.

2. Management is hostile. If you ever work with ----I feel sorry for you, he is rude, mean spirited and generally passive aggressive. It always is like hes doing you some great favor when he is suppose to do his job or respond to a question. They will lie to you ..... it is July, they just turned on meetering for water/gas, that was suppose to be turned on months ago.

3. Apartment looks nice, hardwood floors, stainless steal appliances. I have no issue with the look of the apartment, the general shoddyness of the materials is another thing, everything is falling apart around this place and they do nothing to fix it.

4. There were homeless people sleeping/drinking in our gym facility as well as people stealing tvs out of the resident lounge (which now requires a trip to the management office to get the key). There is no person at the door, anyone can come in and wreak havoc and when reported, management will scoff at you. (I walked in on a dude sleeping in our gym at 5 am one morning as I worked out before heading off to my day job). Beers were left everywhere .... this isn't suppose to be a frat house.

Please, if you read this review reconsider living here, find people that live here, ask them how they really feel, you shouldn't pay this much to be unhappy. I honestly can say I would rather live in a group house then put up with this.

BTW, -----------------and the entire staff at Fenestra .... do a better job, or resign, there is no excuse for this type of management and having a less than 17% approval rating on apartment complex that is this new.

Rockville city officals, I hope you take note as well. Oh yeah, where is the grocery store that was suppose to open in october of 07' Its august of 08 now. Liars.
