I have lived at the Fenestra since day one. I am HAPPY! All the peolpe I speak to that live on my floor are HAPPY! I have had a few things that went wrong they were taken care of. As far as the Maintenance tech smoking that is his situation, if he wants to smoke let him smoke, his lungs not mine.
There are no perfect people the Leasing staff and the Property Manager seem to be doing a good job. I have never lived any where else where it was as good as this.

Then you clearly haven't lived at many places. The location is great and that I am HAPPY about. I have no issues with the maintenance staff, as they've fixed anything wrong in my apartment with no problem. I have a huge issue of walking into my building and having it smell like rotten eggs or sewer. It is just disgusting! I don't know how the concierge sits down there. My friend lives in one of the other buildings and constantly has to take the stairs from the top floor because his elevator is always blocked off by the cleaning staff every morning when he goes to leave for work. Also, when you ask the rental office a question or to help you with something, if it is on the weekend they are too busy to assist and tell you to come back during the week when it is slower.
