I have never lived anywhere that was perfect, but the Fenestra is definitly at the top of the list. The location is great and the people in the managment office are pleasant and they really seem to care. I have been here for over a year and I just transfered to a bigger apartment and signed a new lease. I recommended that one of my co-workers move in and she has had no complaints for the last 2 months either.
I am pretty social and have not heard complaints from my neighbors. Occassionally the activities outside like the concerts are a bit loud, but they stop early enough and are one of the reasons that people like me like living here.
I recommend that you look around and meet the leasing people and the manager. They are very nice and helpful.

It made me think....of all the bad reviews, only one give the management a thumbs up. Fishy! Kudos to the management for writing up there own best review ever!

The above review must have been written by the old management. The old management staff were much more friendly and so was the maintenance staff as well. The new management - Buzzoto need's to work on their customer service skills and become more friendly.
