I live there now and I really don't want to anymore and I have only lived there just under a year. The walls are not painted properly. The tub was painted instead of reporcenalized, their is mildew on the main cooling vent. There tends to be too many leaks coming from the sinks. And it is not a very convienant layout. So I mean make your own decision but if I didn't have to live there I wouldn't.
