OK, if you have no other choice.

Been renting for 2 years now. All I can say is that they don't change the carpet (don't maintain/clean it either)) unless you have lived there for 2 years, even if the carpet is not new when you move in. Didn't tell me that when the sales talk was happening. They change management like how ofter you take a shower. Maintenance are friendly but don't know the heck what they're doing. It will take aggravation for a thing to be processed -not done!- but will be in the works (that if it will) The neighborhood has since shifted. Although tha park is just around the block, teenagers play around with their b-balls and hang-out (and ding) around carlots and "minorities" locking lips in ever corner of the street. I have toddlers that wants to play in the park - but it has been a joint point, a motel and whatever else parent does not want you to do (or talk about). The rooms are ok size, w/d in unit, free water, but be ready to call cable company, if you have a dish - they will tell you to install it inside your apartment (''') I laughed when they told me that. Rent goes up 10% yearly. Just like any other businesses, if you are already a customer-they won't care what you need. NEW RENTERS are special. They can say all they want to say just for you to stay with the community, after signing, they give you a FREE CALCULATOR- so you'll know how much increase your rent will have for the year. They make promises and acts dumb when you ask for it. Overall, I just like the w/d in unit. And I don't like the lady who NEVER MISSES TO HONK EVERY MORNING! to pick up somebody (blandford). Use timeframe or a cellphone gadengit!
