Whether you live in a house or a garden style apartment sometime rare incidents occur. This does not mean that your home is made for creatures. I've been here at The Fields of Rockville Apartments for about 6 months now. I think it is a wonderful community to live in. Maintenance and the office members are great and they try to get to every maintenance request on time but sometimes I understand that it gets busy. Having a little patience doesnt hurt!

I moved to The Fields two months ago and thought was nice at first...NOW I WANT TO MOVE OUT! This place is becoming ghetto, probaly not the apartments off Blandford Street but the ones off East Argyle Street near the basketball court and the park. You see weird indivisuals down there. Strange activity happens. I think Park Terrace is better, although it's higher for the price.
