I survived at fireside for 7 month only and had to move out.
There are couple main issues:
1.Total lack of sound insulation. You will be able to hear everything: people talk, people
cough, people walk, etc. And if they scream (using "F" word as each second word of the conversation)' At the middle of the night' And they will, believe me. And slam the all available to them doors with all available them force'
Remember TV and music starting at midnight, at 1am, 2am, 3 am, etc, till 7am in the morning. I did not have decent sleep for at least half of the nights.
2.Now neighbors. Five noise complains per half a year did not solve noise problem. May
be I just got lucky.
Now, please, multiply the issue 2 by issue 1.
3.Total lack of heat/cold insulation.
I have a WALL made out SINGLE (not double) level of NOT THERMO PANED glass. Storm windows' What are you talking about' Am I lucky
again, or what'
4.Nothing included. Multiply it by the issue 3.
5.Parking ' difficult to get luckier than that. If your unit located close to complex
entrance, and you will be coming from your job between 7 and 8pm (most professionals
do) you will have to park football field away from your building entrance. This might not
be that awful for the distant parts of the apartment complex.
Anyway, during the first week here my car got more damage than during entire year at
my last place (and that other place was Hunt Club at Gtsbrg).

6. What did I forget' Ah, stench! There is no way to protect yourself from cigarette smock, smell of rotten food, etc. I could go to my bedroom only with the cloth over my face most of the time - it was full of cigarette smock, and there is no way to solve this problem.
