Don?t believe anything you are told by the staff, they have very short memories. Get everything in writing, especially maintenance issues or "we?ll be there tomorrow" will turn into "oh, was that really four weeks ago'" Cheap carpet, cheap paint, kitchen drawers/counter falling apart, toilet always running (maintenance never showed up to even check after repeated calls and written notice), extraordinarily high heating/air conditioning bill and water bill (most likely from the running toilet). Shall I go on' Did I mention roaches moving from floor to floor' The only reason this is anonymous is because I am still waiting to be done with my lease.
