Fireside management assured me, that this complex had a lot of professional people... The truth is: Fireside is a multi-cultural trailer park, assisted low-income housing, and a crime ridden Babylon. I had not seen another professional in my whole time there. I am so glad I moved to another complex with decent management. The women in the Fireside management office behaved like uncultured insensitive ------- on permanent PMS. They wanted to squeeze every undeserved penny out of me without providing a decent living environment. DO NOT COME HERE. EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO LIVE ON A PARK BENCH FOR A WHILE!! They have NO customer focus, and care little about your concerns. They will also try to plaster you with paperwork to build a file on you to substantiate your 'late payments', which will make it easier to evict you down the road. That happens constantly! After one year each renter is guaranteed to have an inch full of 'late notices' in his file.
