After adding up all the utilities and miscellaneous additional charges, I could not believe it was well over 1600 dollars a month for such an unkept and mis-managed place. There are so many problems with this place that I dont know where to begin... ROACHES, we have ROACHES; after relentless complaining to the rental office, the manager replied that it was either from a dirty neighbor or caused by keeping our kitchen unkept, and advised us to get a can of RAID. After 7 months, they have yet to help rid us of those disgusting insects. This community has defintely gone under. It seems as if every low-life of society has decided to move here, where a family of 12 can live in one unit. There are constantly intoxicated non-english speaking tennants who seem to enjoy standing outside and harrassing others who are making their ways to their home. I cant wait until the lease is over so we can get what we paid for.
