I've lived in this complex for several years and the management has gone completely downhill (from what I understand, the office has flipped at least once). You have to keep on them if you need anything done. The customer service is terrible.. when you present your concerns to them they take a very adversarial position. They will harass you on literally nickel and dime issues, even when they are clearly in the wrong. They make absolutely no distinction between the good tenants and the bad ones.

The grounds are kept up okay, though I've been seeing more and more instances of vandalism (this reflects more on the quality of tenants).

Fireside also charges some of the highest rates in the area for pets. They don't give you a break.

If you're looking to be treated with respect as a customer, find someplace else to live. There are other pet-friendly rentals close outside Rockville.
