If you're really considering renting an apartment here, your crazy. Do a drive-by, take a tour, and speak to the rude management staff. Stick to your first gut-feeling, and get the hell out of there. Smack yourself a couple of times for wasting your time by trying to save a couple of bucks. I can't wait to move out.
