This is one of the worst places I have ever lived. The area is nice... but this apartment complex is just awful! I have never dealt such unorganized people.
On our move in day, we drove 2 hours with our U-Haul truck and arrived at "our" apartment... which had not yet been cleaned, fixtures were missing, cabinets were rotting... it was absolutely ridiculous! We had to work around a cleaning crew that they had to call in. We could not fully move in for 2 days because they were supposed to put in new floors and a new vanity in the bathroom. I put in a list of maintenance requests numerous times and there are some things that are STILL not fixed a year later.
Let's not talk about the infestation of camel crickets and other fun little creepy crawleys.
The management staff is unhelpful and does not return phone calls, even when I called the "emergency hotline" because there was a problem with my heat in 20 degree weather. If you want a response, you have to go straight to the rental office... and hopefully they won't have the "will be back" sign up.
Also, I just got a lease renewal notice in the mail saying that our rent had increased, we needed to give 60 days notice if we were moving out, and the letter needed to be returned within two weeks. How convenient that the notice came after the 60 day period. We've been cornered!
Good luck finding parking after 8pm.
And if you enjoy doing a thimble full of laundry at a time, good luck with the washer that you have to drag over to the sink.
