Don't even try it. I've been stuck here 3 years (and believe me, if even humanly possible to move, I would!!!). I've lived in some rough neighborhoods, crappy housing, but NOTHING takes the cake over Fireside as far as how badly it takes advantage of its residents. Disgusting.
Parking permits' No notice. Apparently some folks got notice...I personally did not. Neither did the 10 other cars I recognized in the towing lot the next morning. Money out of MY pocket for the towing fee. No more leaving rent in the drop box' Retroactive. Maybe not a problem for some, but working two jobs, the office isn't OPEN to receive my rent. My mail no longer accepted at this facility because it took Fireside 2 months to repair my mailbox' Other 1-bedrooms paying 200-300 less than mine, some 2-bedrooms paying the same or less than mine'
Faulty appliances that take a great deal of fussing to have repaired' Ceiling leaks that take over a week to be prepared' Flooding bathroom fixtures that are band-aided for now' 2 years later' Walls so thin I can hear my neighbors' conversations and music, TV and obnoxious video games'
THIS IS A DUMP.
Rude, belligerent office staff' Heck yes. It can't be THEIR fault, they did this, they did that. They absolutely do not care about whatever problem you may have. I regret ever coming here, and regret even further that now I cannot leave. What an incredible waste of money, and the list of other ridiculous problems is too long for this.
THe only bright side I can say is that the maintenance guys themselves are very nice and once they DO finally get your request, are prompt and helpful.
