That was the worst experience I could expect.

Thanks for the previous one who help to get who are those insects who infested the building. Those insects are camel back crickets and it's you have to deal with them 2-3 times a day. About an inch long and jumping at you when you are close (still they don't bite).

The apartment complex it Keller's property now, and EquityResidential is no more an owner. It's the whole September we had no maintenance at all. Most likely old managers knew they are going to be gone and decided not to work at all.

Our main issues with the apartment was the NOISE (we had very noisy neighbors upstairs, who were screaming at each other around 2am). We called police 3 times and the third time it helped a bit. They turned to be quiet for a while.

Second thing is that they don't let us see the place before we moved-in, and that was crazy. They did not even clean it.

Third was the roof. We were on the 1st floor and our patio was always flooded because of broken roof. Management did not care at all.

Crickets. My wife see one, she screams. My wife screams I get scared :). It's 2-3 times a day, and I work most of the day.

Washer-dryer. You have to attach washer and dryer every time you need it. Dishwasher leaks somewhere and floods the carpet.

Hopefully new management can fix everything there, because the place has awesome location and surrounded with parks and relatively close to the Metro. This place has a great potential but now the old management turned it to a dump.

they need to spray or so something about the crickets or cut the bushes or so..because it is horrible. I am moving this month so i feel blessed i hate this place with a passion it is true all you described i experienced the same and i would never advise no one to rent this place..yea new management..lets pray for the best...you can buy cricket traps from the pet store and sit them all over the place and you can buy hotshot from target it is with the other insect killing stuff and spray as much as you can because the crickets stay away with that stuff! Good luck

Crickets are no more an issue for me. I moved out.

Yea blame the crickets to the management too.
