I have lived in the DC area for 10 years and have to say that North Bethesda and Grosvenor Park are among the nicest areas in town. I loved my 2 years at Grosvenor House!



Grosvenor Park is a quiet neighborhood with a wonderful mix of retired people, young families, and young adults. Life is peaceful and quiet here.



Grosvenor House?Ls location, solid construction, and the plentitude of amenities makes it a great place to call home. The noise from neighbors is minimal because of the all concrete construction and the staff was always very attentive to my few maintenance requests.



For those reading this, I recommend that you go visit and see how great Grosvenor House really is.....and then compare it to the other properties in the area and I believe that you will agree that it is a very reasonable place to call home.



I was irritated by the previous entry noting "crime" in the area as troubling. Come on! Montgomery County' North Bethesda' That person must not be from DC!! If they were, they would know that this area is among the most secure and many of the city?Ls elite choose to call it home because of it?Ls serenity.



Every city struggles with crime, especially during the late night hours. Come on. That is life in America. If you can?Lt learn how to take precautions and live wisely, then I am afraid that you will not be happy anywhere in DC. But, that said, DC is the best! And, I lived there as a single, female and felt very safe and happy.
