I have been renting a condo for almost a year - My landlord lives out of town. We decided to move out because:
1. Management and Customer Service are horrible
2. My landlord is paying 400.00 each month for condo fee and you can't use the facilities (lounge, computers, gym) after midnight.
3. Visitors are not welcome, at all. There is no parking for visitors and last week, I had my family over and they said that visitor are not allowed. So, if you have your folks visiting you from out of town, be prepared to send them to a hotel.
4. It is very, very expensive.
5. The new wood floor sucks. It is so delicate that you are afraid to walk on your own floor. Girls, forget about walking on your hills. It will ruin the wood.
6. You will also need an extra cash to call the plumber at least twice a year.

Been living here for 2 years and still love it. The concierge and management are great folks. Absolutely untrue that visitors are unwelcome and that you can't use facilities after midnight. The lounge can not have many guests/parties after midnight out of courtesy to the neighbors (noise). However, you can use the lounge and watch TV/movies or sign-on to the WiFi 24/7. You can have guests anytime but they must sign-in at the front desk. Parking can be troublesome at times but the concierge are usually helpful in directing guests to unoccupied spaces at the back of the building. Also, when expecting many guests when you reserve the lounge or courtyard, you can petition to get street parking allowed for that day. This place has the most ideal location!
