I've lived at Grosvenor for the past few months and have been very happy. The building is mostly condo units, but I managed to get one of the few rental units on special - parking was included. The place was brand new and very nice. Utilities were not included, but that wasn't too bad since the apartment itself was reasonably priced (I'm paying under $1100 for a room in a 2Bed).

I've only had one problem - repair work was once done very early (before 8am) on a weekday morning, and no one seemed to know who was doing the work or why. It hasn't recurred since then, but it was a troubling experience nonetheless.

I doubt I'll be able to afford to continue at Grosvenor, since my rent is likely to climb to over $1250/mo next year ($2600 for the unit as a whole). But it's a been a great experience while it's lasted.
