Management is horrid From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/9/2008 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I lived in this building as it was making the transition from apartment to condominiums, and I have never experienced such scummy and unethical management. Compromising all of the residents for "renovations," repeated water shut-offs, unexpected entries into units without any advance notice. To top it off, they gave us the choice of either buying a unit at way above its value or move out. I am glad to see that they are still taking out full-page ads in the Washington Post, trying to unload the condos three years later at a greatly reduced price. Please don't give these knuckleheads your money.
