I just wanted to write a brief update to some of these reviews. I recently moved into the Condos in February of this year, and just wanted to say I really enjoy this building. The staff have been very friendly and courteous to me during my stay. Visitor parking used to be a major complaint with this building, but they have recently opened on the street parking which has helped alleviate this problem. Noise from neighbors has never been a problem, and the grounds that this building shares with other condos are very nice. The amenities are very nice and even has a sauna, although its a little hard to find. The area is very safe, and is a very safe walk to the metro. The walk is well lit so walking home late at night never feels at all dangerous. What really sold me on this building was how close it is to the metro. That alone saves me hundreds of dollars in parking each month. The building is nice, but like all things might not be for everyone. If you're interested you should stop in and take a look. I highly reccomend it.
