The location is very convenient. Close to highway, easy walk to metro and not far from D.C. The lobby and landscaping appear very elegant. Though don't let the initial appearance fool you because management only spends money on obtaining new residents; not on retaining current residents (I agree with the earlier review). One only needs to venture further into the building and you will see that it is barely maintained. The computer room smells like trash all the time because they placed it next to the apartments trash bin. The exercise room is no longer cleaned. Mgmt. installed sanitation wipes but has never replaced them after they ran out the first time. The hallways and elevator stay dirty. Just look if you visit. Mgmt. will tell current conditions are temporary. I live here and tell you that Mgmt. cuts corners. Things (elevators, etc.) stay broken and it is dirty ALL the time. Also, the current manager will look you in the eye and lie to you. I think he wants to do good but is inexperienced when it comes to serving people. I am moving because I am embarrassed to have guest and let them know that I pay so much to receive so little. ING, the multi-billion dollar owner or manager of this property should be ashamed!
