Management is often non-responsive (ie it usually takes two trips to get something done) but when they get to work they are pretty quick. The hallways aren't dirty, and the gym is in a fine state. When I have visitors they are always astonished by how nice it is. It is a bit on the expensive side, but its a place I always feel good coming home to. My only real complaint is that it is not very close to any night-life. Unless you have a car, you have to metro in to another city to go out.
