Better Maintenance from a 10 year old

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
Did not have air conditioning for nearly a month in sept. Rather than replace a leaky faucet, they put clear caulking all over the faucet and stem. Repair people have left floods and garbage without cleaning up after themselves. Frustrated and ready to leave asap.
