Yes, they are constructing buildings, but we knew about this when we signed the lease and they are almost done. I have a top floor apartment, so I dont have any issues with anyone above me (like my previous luxury apartment complex) and I don't hear any noise from my neighbors. The appliances here are great, the office people are great, and the location is terrific. I'm glad that we moved here.
