Great Apartment...Pros and Cons.. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/10/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   First off, the location is amazing. Truly. For where it's located this is also remarkable because it's not very noisy (except when there's snow-shoveling outside!) The management team can be a bit slow and often you have to wait at the office to be helped. The buildings are very new though, and people are still moving in. Trash can be difficult if you don't have a chute in your building (the newer ones don't). So hopefully you don't mind taking it over to the other building. The apartment though is BEAUTIFUL. High ceilings and large amounts of space. It's truly a pleasure to come home. And the metro is just a block or so away. It's been a pleasure to live here and the setbacks, don't matter much when you look all the pros here.
