Ever since JPI left, the quality of service has dropped. And the quality of service wasn't good to begin with in the first place.
A resident on my floor is leaving their trash in the hallway, and it's been there for 5 days. The cleaning crew, which used to come on a frequent basis, should have notified management of this so it could have been taken care of. Maintenance requests take forever. It once took over a week for them to respond to a request.
We've been here since the beginning and are disappointed to see how far things have sunk with the new management. Thankfully we are purchasing a new home at the end of the lease so we won't need to renew.
