Can't Wait to Leave From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/3/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   VERY overpriced, considering that the complex has problems with basic plumbing issues constantly. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE! Parking - not enough visitor parking and towing rules are NEVER enforced. Good luck finding a parking spot. Trash is in the halls when it is not clogging the trash chute. Grounds are not well-maintained (animal feces in common areas). Walls are paper thin (it sounds like elephants are walking in the hallways due to narrow design and lack of sound absorbers). Managment is inept. A word of advice: get a written service request statement so that you can show them it when your problem hasn't been fixed for weeks despite several requests. Conclusion: Extremely overpriced! Yes, the location is great, but it is not worth it to live in unsanitary conditions. Can't wait to move out.
