We were among the first to be here under JPI. JPI had some problems, but the current management is terrible. The leasing office is quick to take our money, but slow in repairs (waited over a week for one request), and they give nothing back to the community. Under JPI, this place was beautifully decorated for the holidays. No holiday decorations at all this year. JPI had weekly movie nights and occasional resident get togethers. What do we have now' We get nothing but grief. I'm sad to say it, but once the lease is up, we're leaving. Rent is going up by $300 and I cannot justify renting here for over $2500 a month. We received better service when we had less money and rented an apartment for $1040 a month. For the rent we are expected to pay, residents should expect a certain level of service from management. Your business practice clearly shows you're out to maximize your profit (as does your webpage) but you shouldn't do it at your customers' (i.e. residents) expense. In the short term you'll get a profit, but if you don't start giving back to the residents, you'll lose in the long term.
