Run away if you value your money From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Besides the location of the apartment, there isn't much else good to say about this place. Insulation is terrible here. Even before the energy price hike, I was paying several hundred dollars a month to keep the place cool in the summer or warm in the water. The appliances are sub-quality and waste energy. I've heard countless complaints in the leasing office about the clothes dryer running several times with the clothes coming out wet. Drafts can be felt from the windows and the walls are cold in the winter and warm in the summer. Poor insulation and subpar appliances all add up and I'm paying a lot more on utilities than I did when I had a bigger house. On top of it all, get some popcorn and enjoy the show your neighbors give because you can hear a complete conversation through the walls.
